Potential bug?
Normally I use bows so this may just be that crossbows are absolutely terrible with this mod, which is the general idea of what I got when I was trying to look up to see if anyone else had this problem but I didn't see this specific issue so I thought I would bring it up.

The issue is that crossbowmen seem to fire WAY before they can actually hit an enemy. I had a line of Vlandian Sharpshooters that started shooting at mountain bandits and literally the entire volley of bolts landed at least 50-60m away from the enemy lines. They shot like that consistently landing the entire volley well in front of the enemy formation until the enemy was about 70m away and then they started actually hitting. I understand them not dealing any damage in this mod but I think they shouldn't be just wasting bolts on shots they absolutely can't hit.

They started shooting when the enemy was about 180m away, the shots landing at perhaps 120m. They landed the shots closer as the enemy approached until around 70m or so, right around the distance that they started throwing javelins at us, and then started actually hitting.
