folders Languages for mod here:
D:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\261550\2859265386\ModuleData\Languages
P.S. i don't know mod folder name is the same as others or not.
You can search in steam folder file ImprovedGarrisonsMenu.xml, to find mods folders to tranlate.
