sent a transfer party, of which 30 became wounded at several parts of the trip. The party number reached zero just outside the gates, and despite a message saying that it reached it's destination, no troops were added to the garrison. It's like they all died of COVID along the way.

After they supposedly arrived, 25 of the garrison became wounded for no reason, then took over a day to heal. I lost a couple dozen Banner Knights, so this playthrough has ground to a halt.
