After playing a bit, I noticed bots will try crouching and taking potshots during gauntlet events like the Coaster. Adding a "minimum distance to human" condition for crouching might help them keep up again.
Another edge case is they sometimes crouch in front of Tanks.

1. That is possible, I just need to figure out a fail safe incase the team is made of only bots, Ex. “all human players are dead.”
2. I think I know why this is happening, bots only crouch if three variables are true. First check if the common infected target is not too far away, Second check if the common infected target is not too close, Third and final, check for active threats. The check for active threats stop bots from crouching when they can’t see common infected, but if they see an special infected they check the COMMON INFECTED’S distance and not the special infected’s distance. I can fix this with a function that checks if a tank is nearby along with other special infected.

The update does seem to make them expert-viable again after playing a few chapters now that they can keep pace. but I didn't see much difference in crouching during Tank fights, unfortunately (Imgur:gZLzu5r for the last one i had). Only other issue I encountered is bots crouch-walking through Spitter goo, but overall the update is good.

+ Make bots shove more often if any infected get close
+ If a bots got smoked, make its focus on killing the smoker (TONGUE TWISTER)
+ Try to make all bots pickup magnum than pistol (Ellis for example)
+ Dodge Charger (if you can :steamhappy:)

1. sb_close_threat_range tells the bot to focus on the one zombie that enters this range if you set it to 0 it should allow the bot to change targets as much as it wants and this causes the bot to shove more often.

2. I will be implementing this, it should hopefully be in the next update

3. I don’t know how to do that, but you can use Left4Bots and force Ellis and Zoey bots to pick it up by looking at the magnum and then type in the chat Ellis use or Zoey use

4. Doesn’t look very possible but, I will see what I can do.

The mounted guns? It’s not as easy as you think it is, but I can attempt to get bots to use it on their own. Once I release the next update. I will start working on it and let you know how it goes.

I think this is possible, I will try to make it after I release the update that allows this addon to make it more customizable and allow players to edit the script rethink rate.

-make the bots shoot any explosive items, gas can, fireworks box etc. if the soecial infected is in the sperfec radius in the item hitbox then the bot will shoot it if its in the circle in the radius

-carry objects e.g gas can, explosive gas, if the bots cant find/have any moly or pipe bomb, the bots will throw at the zombies and shoot at the can.

You could add some more cvars to disable some of the bots abilities, like have an option to disable the bots to deadstop hunters and jockeys

Does this mod have "Target priority" yet, I want the bots focus on dealing with SI first if they are on the ideal range rather than common infected

si_focus_range = 500 for example (if any SI get close to this range, the bots immediately focus on killing that SI with forced attack button method)

Also can you give an option to adjust how many bots can use melee (I might want none since I have bots pickup magnum)

Could you make bots to wait the shotguns to reload? since it basically renders them useless when they are in a horde mob event, because of that they always spam the attack button while they are reloading the shotgun and they take a long time to kill the zombies.
