I wish to believe its just steam downloading abnormally, but retrying to fix it has failed me.

in this model,
the midsection does not exist(minor,just makes it a little harder to grab)
the leg bones are linked incorrectly to the physboxes(the left leg bones are linked to right leg physboxes and vice versa)
the upper "left" leg physbox extends to the otherside.(forces the model to do the splits on spawn)

The bones seem fine enough, just the spine is a little low compared to normal valve models

and the chest physbox does move,its just connected to spine4, but the chest is moved by spine1 and spine

the other spines seem to be placed for compatibility sake, which is fine once the chest physbox is linked right.
