What if when a boiler explodes the roof blows up or something?
or like a really bright beam of blue light goes into teh sky when teh roof on the reactor breaks.

I tried doing the blue light, I don't really know how to do it right but there are the spotlights, and for the boilers I can try a small roof explosion

Oh I also had another idea, you could have some way of detecting water rising (A buoy with a touch sensor perhaps?) that could trigger the power failure when a Tsunami hits

I wonder if you could try using linear slides or maybe have hardpoints that attach each segement of the tower together, so when the reactor explodes it sorta telescopes in on itself, or you could have rockets which cause it to heel over

The problem is with the pipes, it has too much exhaust

There wouldn't really be a point, Environment Mods have Infinite Electricity and the generators still produce electricity for a long time after that
