A cool rare event i found.

Rarely when you kill a grunt, it can turn into Scrapeface. I've only got this rare event once so I'd suspect it's around a 1/4000 chance to get.

i got it first time i was like "wtf i didnt spawn scrapeface" than i thought maybe cause grunt died and turned into it
