My friend and I cannot load into the map, we try and play this map together and either it loads endlessly or he gets kicked out.

I do all the lockdowns and all that. i enter the bossfight. about 20 seconds into the bossfight. it spawns me back at spawn. turns the game to night. i cant move, shoot or look around. it downs me and my speedrun is over. it has happened 4 times now. i can get proof if needed

also were you using fast_restart? as that breaks maps... use map_restart

zombies stopped spawning at round 9

when you activate the lockdown challenge just before you get the mini boss round and if your still in it, it will kick you out to the spawn room and you cant get back to the challenge to finish it
