Units, ritual overhauls, lord traits.

As long as it does'nt include scripting

Can you create a sub mod for a patch to this mod? It puts everything as stated here to 5th tier and so the item's don't match your mod at all.

So the effects of the buildings from this mod don't match the effects of your mod so I can't build anything that comes from the mod because the effect's won't match your buildings, OR I can build it and basically ignore your mod effects after building's get upgraded to a certain point.

Yes and it does what it says. It even affects the armory for the empire.
