Slot: Secondary
+ On hit: Coats enemies in a liquid that makes them slippery and can lead to accidents such as falling off a cliff.
+ Reveals enemy spies like they're friendly players after respawning
- 60 sec recharge time
- Spawning and resupply do not affect the Charge meter
- Charge meter starts empty

You gave it the cons of the Gas Passer, which are the main reason it's frowned upon (from what I can tell). Maybe we should change the cons. Otherwise, not bad.

I thought the main reason why it's frowned upon is because of Explode on Ignite Upgrade
