Stealing my nιggαs turds

I like to collect turds, sometimes I put them in my soups and stews. However, my friends like to poop in the toile. Can it be made so that I can take turds from the toile if someone dumps into it when it is clogged? Or make it so that you have to manually flush and if they forget I can take the brown reward??
