The stomach is not filling up.

I'm not sure if it's a bug but, the urine meter is the only one going up. I tried eating a lot of food but the turd meter is not going up.

Not a bug if you have a fresh character. Usually the player don't eat on the first day, and it takes time for food to go to colon on the second day.
