We have just solved the room, got the key for the exit door, inserted it - and the key disappeared. The door did not open and we are stuck in the room now with no way out. I don't know what else to write here, nothing out of the ordinary happened apart from the final key not opening the door.

When we tried the room for a second time it worked. With the first try I (who was not the host) tried the key and the problem occured. With the second try when it worked the host used the key. I don't know if the issue is related to being the host or not, but I thought I'd mention it.

Thank you for making me aware of this. Seems quite unusual and I'm tempted to blame the game engine! I'll see what I can do.

Not sure what to do. Attempted to solve the film reel puzzle on my own, but neither my solution nor the solution in the guide did anything.

Can you provide some more detail as to which film reel puzzle you were solving?

Oddly the number wheels came off the case on the shelf and we couldnt put them back on so we couldnt enter the number for the lens caps
