2nd Free Perk EE
Step 1: Go to the fountain in the Buried location.

Step 2: Throw a grenade in the fountain.

Step 3: Pick up a small red coin in the room directly opposite of the fountain. This is where you can trade money with players. It is on a brown wooden box against the back wall.

Step 4: Go back to the fountain and interact to "make a wish".

Step 5: A ghost will spawn holding a free perk drop.

Enjoy!

This also gives you the additional perk slot. So if you go down, you can come back and get 5 perks.

Another location for the coin can be found in the shield room on the counter

the coin can be located above the shield on the brown box
