More Advanced Mechanics
I've noticed that people have been asking to add more mechanics to the nextbot, but I feel that if that happened, the gameplay would feel bloated.

Instead, I want to propose a couple tweaks to the nextbot's core mechanics.

Stalking: The nextbot slowly advances on you. It tries to stay out of sight, but if you see it, it hides. Instead of simply going straight towards, you, it tries to predict your movement so you can run right into it.

Hiding: The nextbot retreats to a random place on the map, making sure to stay out of the player's sight, so that the probelm of seeing it randomly run somewhere is fixed.

Ambush: This mode activates when you don't see it for an extended period of time, or when it gets close enough to you without you seeing it. It propels itself straight towards you at high speed, giving you little time to dodge. It can only propel itslef towards you once before entering chasing mode.

Chasing: This happens immediately after its initial activation of the ambush mode. This mode is where the nextbot follows you similar to regular nextbots. It doesn't care if you see it during this phase, but if you're not looking at it, it can activate its ambush phase. After a while without it seeing you, it reenters its stalking mode.

I can see what you mean, less is more they say. If someone was ever willing to make an update to the bot (or have Gargin update it themselves) these simpler changes could be an update to original while other peoples suggestions that might make the original bloated, into it's own separate thing, that way both people can get a smarter version of Gargitron without it being too drastically changed while letting other get something with all those other features that they may have wanted.

This is a wonderful series of ideas, I'd love to see at least some of this implemented one way or another. Especially the stalking mechanics.
