  • The game grants Archaon the Everchosen and Kholek Suneater their extremely high-tier Regiments at level 2, and giving them a second copy feels too unbalanced. However, I think the buff they gain as Favoured Regiments is extremely fun and flavorful. Archaon's Swords of Chaos cavalry get an upgrade to their Charge active ability that adds unit mass, a buff you will visually enjoy when they crash through infantry. Kholek Suneater's dragon ogre Regiment gains a weaker version of the ability that grants him weapon strength and armour as he gains more vassals (unfortunately, it does not seem possible to make them grow physically larger).

  • I noticed that both Belegar Ironhammer and Skarsnik have at least two (arguably three) Regiments that represent their followers. Coincidentally, these Regiments are also linked to Karak Eight-Peaks. I saw an opportunity to create a fun interaction. Thus, the Dwarfs, Skaven, and Greenskins (maybe just Skarsnik?) all gain a special "Local Regiment" ability if they claim Eight Peaks, each tied to a Karak Eight Peaks Regiment from their faction.

  • Greenskin factions that build the landmark in Pigbarter will grant their boar-rider Regiment of Renown the Ability "Rowdy," as they will enjoy the pig-jousting competitions that take place there.

  • Greenskin factions that build the "Grom Prix" chariot racing Landmark in Nuln gain +1 unit cap to their Wolf Chariot Regiment of Renown.

  • [User-suggested] Skaven factions that build the landmark in Skavenblight will grant their Council Guard Regiment the "Scurry Forward!" ability. This replaces the "Scurry Away!" Ability, granting the small move speed buff when morale is high instead of when it is broken. The Council Guard are some of the only Skaven that have the mental illness of running towards combat...
