TO EVERYONE USING THIS ADDON
if you have some errors with this / you want to have the updated features

install this addon and add the original MW base to it

YOU MUST INSTALL MW BASE AFTER YOU INSTALL THE COMPRESSED ONE

i have used this method and it fixed muzzle flashes not dissapearing and animations not playing

if it somehow didnt fix it, then i dont know how to help you

I did it the opposite way and it did work.
This is due to how the Steam Workshop works when it comes to addons.
In this case subscribing to the Original MW Base first then this Compressed mod will load the base attachments and LUA code from the original uncompressed one so no Tac Laser error is spammed everytime you use the flashlight function of it.
