Hello!

First off, wonderful mod. I love being able to restore nature and increase the outdoor beauty of my colony.

One thing I've realized is that gardens can be planted without the research for tree growing. Could we get an option to require that research? Could be made required for Garden Zones in general or just the trees. Of course, I can self-enforce this, but it just feels a little odd and less smooth.
