I'd think not, i have another mod (watertight box) by this person and it was safe. I looked through the comments and someone said it just uses certain code that the game doesnt like. And everyone else seems to have took the risk so i'd think its fine. (im writing this before activating the mod)

ALRIGHT EVERYONE, THE MOD IS SAFE, EVERYTHING WILL BE WEIRD AT FIRST (DONT WORRY JUST RESTART YOUR PC) THEN IT WILL ASK YOU TO WATCH THE TRAILER AND STUFF (BASIC ADVERTISEMENT) AND THEN EVERYTHING WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL (note it will show you the updates for the mod)

thats why ppg flagged it as dangerous,sicne it contain links.infact every mod that have link does that

it uses mirror.reflection which i believe is used to send you a ingame message (usually ad for pateron or discord server) and you can just close it and it will never appear again, also pretty sure steam scans the files and you can scan it yourself using a virus\malware scanner.
