delete unused textures or models,or do an optimization yourself

I got rid of a couple of mods. A fire redux mod and bullet/explosion redux mod seemed to cause alot of issues. Worked perfectly after.
This map actually has no optimization, because if you turn on Wireframe you will see everything rendered all of the time (last time i checked) . in good maps you can see that map-parts pop in and out depending on where you are

he added some areaportals but he could add a lot more. Also the central lift area has way too many props and surfaces. I get like 80-100 fps there when I get 100-120fps playing Rust. (including gmod_mcore_test 1)

(ent_remove_all env_sprite) is your friend, and deleting all props in the map if its that bad
