Possible Bug in common\culture\traditions\00_combat_traditions

Hey, I am unsure if this is a bug or not, but its existence is kinda anomalous in comparison to other traditions. Duplicate layers.

The layers are there to define the background image, the extra layer should be removed, but it doesn't impact anything gameplay wise
