Need more info to fix.

I was testing this mod for a long time and did not had such problems... I mean, this mod shouln't be the reason. I had sometimes this bug, but I had it before creating mod and it was very rare.

You use additional hacking mods?
How often it happends?
Any idea what causes this bug?
