Once you've added this mod, and activated it, you need to either reform an unreformed religion or create a new Faith of an existing religion, and you will then be able to select from a wider range of Marriage doctrines.

I'm trying to create a new religion but there are no harem options there, only polygamy, concubines and monogamy, are there any options other than those 3, I've also tried using the mod itself without combining it with other mods but I only get 3 brides or concubines, am I wrong in applying the mod?

In the Paradox Launcher, you need to go to your Playlists and add this mod to one of them, and set the mod to Enabled.

You then need to go back to the home screen of the Paradox Launcher and select the Playlist you added this mod to as your active playlist from the dropdown.

You should be able to launch the game and it should be available at that point.

(There's no game rules or anything for this mod)

Apologies, I just tried to test this myself but a Launcher update decided to nuke all my Playsets. The mod did work properly after I got the Playsets all setup again but I can't tell if that's because the Playset nuking wiped out any cache issues that might have been happening.

is this mod Compatibility with Dynamic Trade Routes? coz i just try it and not working, hope i wrong...

I don't believe so, IIRC DTR changes the marriage doctrines for Muslims so it's incompatible with this.
