No tooltips

Hello, after latest update there are not tooltips arriving in some places. For example when I hover over icons seen on the screenshot there is nothing showing.

I also have this problem. The temporary traits tooltips do not work.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

edit: I found the issue: The mod "in my honest opinion" (IMHO) conflicts and messes up the tooltips for the temporary modifications.
