me and my friend aren't able to use this mod with multiplayer, is there any way you can help us? is there a version or a certain api we have to implement? (I don't have much knowledge so any help is greatly appreciated) also congratulations on becoming a father, i wish you luck

There is no API or anything weird besides the functions for the chi spawn and the functions for learning recipes, everything else uses recipe system or are just items.

I'm not sure if I can help you, my knowledge for MP is next to zero but I can try.

No worries man, I don't have the greatest grasp of multiplayer but I think i may have found the reason. There is two tabs that control mods "steam workshop" and "mods" you can have the mod enabled on mods but not steam workshop. I think this may have been my problem. Will report back once I have done the test. I also asked in case other's have this problem so hopefully this helps them.

Hopefully the test goes well.

Also love this mod its great and can't wait for updates to come.

Oh yes! The "mods" tab is very useful for mods that have multiple submods inside, so you can remove whatever you don't need/want.

This mod only has one mod inside, so it should be put under "steam workshop" section. Please let me know if you could resolve it, I've played this mod with my gf for months even after release with multiple mods so I'm really curious to see if maybe some other mod is creating the issue.

It won't be as many, but each one will add protection to the body not using the clothing system, but the body itself. Not the best work and def very early, but I'll finish this once I can focus more on games again :).

yeah it works just needed to add it to the steam workshop tab. the gem looks cool and can't wait to see it in game, you could use something similar the resilient trait to make the gem work if you don't want to use clothing. But i don't know much, hope this helps. Also would the gems give a buff to stomp? Cause the reference image shows that in the little explanation.

That's too advanced for me code-wise, I wanted to do it but the most far I can get for now (and probably forever) it's giving a protection value. But I won't be mad if someone picks my work as foundation and expand the systems in the future :) but I genuinelly doubt it'll happen.

nah browski believe in yourself, its a great mod already with a lot of work put into it. if you keep working, it'll keep getting better. so go at your own pace and make sure you enjoy the process and you'll get there eventually.

hey when working on cars you have to use the specific tool for it instead of the amalgam morphball. this makes sense for some things but when you remove a battery you have to use the screwdriver but when disassembling electronics you dont have to have one on you. hope you can fix, if not it isnt that big of a deal

also the amalgam fanny pack can only go on the front not the back aswell. in the base game you can do both but i understand because it would be pretty overpowered if you could do that

Sadly, it's a game limitation. Some tools won't work for actions like mechanics, since the game asks for the specific items (like a literal Screwdriver) instead the tag type for some reason. I wish I could fix it and it may be possible in the future if the devs changes the way it works to be similar to recipes.

The Amalgam Satchel goes in the fanny back slot, I did this because was the less intrusive way to have satchels and backpacks at the same time without adding new slots in the body that could mess other mods. I tried to stay as vanilla as possible to avoid conflicts with other mods and to resist changes in future game updates without me having to update the whole mod.
