When i press the check mark for the effect in shaders nothing happens How do i fix this?

The effect isnt there.

How do you use the mat_filtertextures 0 command?

Please note, that HDR gets darker with the mod enabled.

On certain maps with HDR enabled, turning on the pixelation effect will make HDR lighting significantly darker. Just something I noiced!
