Any suggestions
hi, I am planing on increasing the price of high tier items, revert the superpower to their original state, and creating a new items for each faction.

I don't see it's necessary to remove the superpowers of some items. Some people want to play OP, some are don't. People who don't want to be OP can just use the other, more balanced, items.

Can white cloak of ulric(Empire) has frost effect instead of fire due to lore reasons?

Can you just add all items? No matter which mods we use, just add all items in the shop to buy. Makes it easier than to buy, fuse repeat until I get item that I want.

I think what you can do is just releasing another mod that just has vanilla items with it

I think you should do a overhaul for the items for the greeskins and skaven, maybe add greenskin lord items and skaven lord items to the item shop roster
