Cant enter settlements and no parties
I'm using this mod with Eagle Rising, I finally loaded in after waiting ages and I cant enter any settlements, nor are there any other parties on the World Map!

Load Eagle Rising before the map.

sorry to revive a dead thread but I don't wanna make a new one for the same issue, I loaded Eagle Rising before this mod (eagle rising is at the bottom of my load order with this mod above) and yet I still can't enter settlements or anything
