Where tf is vilken
Just downloaded the mod and did the initial quest to fight the 4 slaver groups and i just picked up the slave girl for her quest. Vilken is not where hes supposed to be and has disappeared off the map :l

he is in the Tavern, in the big Town :0 dont know the Name right now but is in the near where you start

no idea, can't level my settlement up past level 1 either.

Been through the tavern 20 times, he isn't hiding inside.

Ask a Tavern People, he can lead you to him

Found him, the game kept saying he was in another town but he was just hiding in the tavern

He just hides in a corner of the tavern without any hint. Maybe it's a room on the second floor:)

Which city tavern was this in? im 1200 days in and don't remember still stuck on the quest

it depends on your starting faction.
So the Town is near your start point when you wake up after the first fight.
Start a new Game with the same Faction and you can see it which Town it is

Press ALT key to see markers for persons of interest and places of interest. I had a group of White Snow temple something spawn on top of me while doing that starter quest. So myself and Vilken got captured. Was annoying as I had to pay them ransom to free him, before I could continue the questline :/
