About Update 1.8.0
Please, I ask you dedicate a few minutes of your life to read this in full, it is very important.
If you are wondering why I made this discussion, it is because of two reasons:

  • I am sick (As in, I have a health issue).
  • Angry server managers.

From my experience releasing mods for this game, I will get some angry comments for releasing two updates in a timespan of less than a week. I know, now you have to restart your server. Or you have to update something. Or something else will break. I understand you may be upset, but I did this for good reason, which I will get into below.

In May of 2022, I got COVID-19. The same day my symptoms began, I also began to feel sharp, irritating pain every once in a while. At first I ignored it, but it has gotten worse and worse. Eventually the irritating pain became agonyzing, and instead of happening every once in a while it started happening daily.

It has now been a year since it first began, and I still have it. I have been through many doctors, most specialists, and none of them has any idea of what I have. I have tried dozens of medications and only one works and just barely.

I am currently experiencing a very bad period of my life. This sickness has severely impacted both my physical and mental health, I have lots of work to do, and am currently under a very expensive treatment I can barely afford that has minimal chances of curing me.

Having said that...
I have very little time to work on mods now. I finally got some free time a few days ago, and decided to spend it working on an update of Common Sense because all I want is for you to have fun and joy playing this game. However, yesterday I suddenly had a realization that would allow me to add the amazing feature of prying open windows! And I also had some updating to do regarding the translations of the mod for other languages.

So yes, I updated the mod twice in two days. I am sorry. I hope you can understand. Please don't make any angry rants about managing your server, I know it's hard but I too have my problems as (I hope) you have read. If you experience any problems, please report in Bug Reports in the Discussions tab of this mod page, I will fix any issues as soon as possible.
Thank you for reading, and happy gaming! :spiffo:

Get better, and focus on the best thing for your health and your -sanity-. It's a great mod, and people should be aware modding comes with caveats. That's on them. Not you.

Don´t worry @BitBraven I hope you get well soon enough, this virus stills hunts many people, some of them have had the same sickness 3 times or more, I hope you get better, and I can't thank you enough for your dedication, kindness, and amazing work with this mod and for the community, ignore the raging comments (there will always be) focus on the good ones and in the users that enjoy your work, best wishes and you get well

Hey, no rush with updates. Health first. I hope you get through this part of your life stronger you were. Thanks for the awesome mod. 5 star

It's a common sense to focus on your self-health (phys, mental, or else) before the rest. Please apply your mod in your life's game first.
