What do you mean exactly? Are the buttons gone or is it just not changing lighting when you expect it to?
Have you tried to verify your game cache and deleting the Temp, Data Sheets, and Cache folders in AppData\LocalLow\Deep Water Studio\UBOAT?

It's probably like me, make sure custom action is enabled, and check the lights order like in the second picture.

How can i check the order of the lights?

it's done, but it didn't change automatically?

For some reason when I changed Alarm disables autoswitch from true to false it disabled the mod entirely, and had to unsub then resub to it.

The value needs to be "True" or "False". Excel and other programs often automatically change it to "TRUE" or "FALSE".
This will cause a failure due to limitations in the game's Excel file parsing. It's a vanilla issue.

Ah, so case does matter. I thought that was it, but it won't let me type it out with lowercase...

Easiest way is to copy and paste another cell. Otherwise it depends on which program you are using.
For Excel it's Right Click on cell->Format Cells->Text.
Libre Office uses a special character it's either a ` or ' can't remember which.
I don't know how Google Sheets does it.

Yeah, that's what I did was change the formatting so that it's text. OpenOffice does not like the ', but it was unnecessary. It's working now.
