There's also a really weird bug that always references the Faction: whenever a Quest is called, I get an error mentioning the Rim Base Horse Alpha Faction.

I managed to reproduce the bug, and this is the code it generates:

How is a commented out faction being referenced? Must be some other mods causing this?

ESCP is the "Elder Scrolls" Mod, and it has a Faction bug of its own, referencing something independent of your Mod.

I had found the error. It was in a patch for royalty dlc.
