Are the angled phase thrusters just an aesthetic difference from the other ones? Because it would be great for ship design if they could thrust at a 45-degree angle off-center.

Good news! I'm planning to add both a 1x2 fighter cockpit and several different sizes of shields.

How about a modular cannon, a la railgun and such but a normal cannon? Also possibly a rooftop variant

Weapon stats for Fighter Laser Turret and Medium Laser Turret are swapped. Including damage and energy usage. Also, command points for those two turrets are off. The fighter turret uses 0 command points and the medium turret uses 2. Since the large turret uses 6, I assume it should be 2 for fighter and 4 for medium.

The Medium turret fires two laser bolts each shot, though Cosmoteer doesn't really have a good way by default of showing this in the stats. I'll probably make a custom stat to clear up the confusion, sorry!

As for the command points for the turrets, good catch! I've forgotten some things while I was converting the parts from classic to modern, and this seems to be one of them.

Is the Gauss Turret not influencing the recommended power bar properly or am I seeing things?

Probably, will fix in the next update! There's a lot of things I forgot to add because I was trying to get as many parts done as I could before Cosmoteer's release.

It's pretty neat there is a resource cost for these modded parts in SP. Would it be possible to integrate them into the tech tree so some parts require blueprints like the vanilla ones?

It wouldn't be too hard to add it, just not sure I want to do it just yet.
