It's a patch to get Advanced Cheat Menu and More Spreadsheets to run together. Place it below both of those mods in the load order. It's files need priority to overwrite both of the original mod files.

It updates some of the Advanced Cheat Menu & More Spreadsheets GUI references in information_panel_bar.gui to the latest Vic 3 v1.2.4. You probably won't notice, because it's almost entirely behind the scenes changes. It may enhance compatibility with future Vic3 updates.

I've also included the fix for the broken law changes, so if some of them weren't working for you with the main mod, then try this patch. It should work, even if you don't install More Spreadsheets. You'll probably end up with a non-functional More Spreadsheets button on the side menu though.
