There's a tower and an NPC floating over Berlin. I'm pretty sure it should be in Canada.

there seems to be half of a cave entrance in front of the diner on the north east side of Berlin

there is a cave wall/ big rock blocking half the police checkpoint office at the seed bank in Germany
and there's half of a cave tunnel in the back of the seed bank

Can confirm, no way into the cave system that is connected to the seedbank. In addition, the mountainside entrance to that cave system is lethal, bouncing the player up and down constantly breaking their legs until they die.

at the berlin, east side of town, at restaurant is something strange, like someone said ,,entrance to cave'' but there is no cave.

Also over berlin is floating tower, that is empty inside (there is nothing) and what this object is doing there.
