Would you consider reuploading to sites like nexusmods?
Steam has been clamping down on steam workshop access as a form of DRM for mods, and I would prefer not to support that behavior

Buy the damn game. Or figure out how to get it off steam and google it.

To get the mod directly go to Github and paste "Anbeeld's Revision of AI" into search bar.

You can own the game through places other than steam, a lot of other paradox game mods are only on steam and its frustating if you own the game through something like xbox. Just because they are asking for a way to get it without steam dosen't mean they pirated it

Victoria 3 is only available on Steam, like all paradox games released since EU4.

Oh damn, I have xbox gamepass and almost all their games are on gamepass but youre right victoira III is not on xbox. But EU4, HOI4, ect are all on xbox store.

They have started requiring login with a steam account that verifies the purchase of the game on your steam account, to download mods for that game from the workshop. That means that if you buy the game on gog, g2a, epic, or any other platform, you can't download mods from the steam workshop.

While Victoria 3 is only available on Steam, many modders are planning to move mods to other platforms until this decision is reversed. This is about all games, not just Victoria 3.

no i mean this game without this mod was for me not in a playable state. tested the yarrrharrr version with this mod and it was lots of fun. bought it then on steam.
