Trade Centers
Not sure if it's a vanilla issue or with this mod, but the AI seems to be able to spam trade centers in lots of provinces, which generates free money and an absurd amount of immigration attraction. Impossible to compete with 600 french trade centers in ivory coast

Vanilla - Trade centers are not built manually, they are generated automatically when trade routes are created. You can do this strategy yourself if you want - just start lots of trade routes.
