This mod messes up the AI military?
I believe this mod is severely ruining the AI militaries from the start. Several nations are simply scrapping their entire navies and lowering the army size by destroying barracks. France has 0 flotillas with this mod, same with Egypt. What is going on here? Let me know if others are having the same issues.

Yes, they scrap the armies in the first couple of years, but then they start building up and never downsize again.

Should be better in the new patch.
