China is a little too strong in this mod

I'm consistently seeing them BTFO AI UK in the opium wars which really seems like it ought to not be happening given it's a key part of the story of the era. Might want to nerf them a tad

Won't nerf specific countries. Balance is up to devs or balancing mods if you disagree with devs. This mods is meant to make AI play better in given conditions, and if China slaps Britain in the early game, then it's allowed by the game not being balanced.
