AROAI with TGR, AI not constructing any building
i tried to do some timelapse, when i observe it like 10 minute, nobody create a new building...

i tried using AROAI only and play vanilla, it still AI doesnt build anything. i tried to remove all mod except aroai , enable autobuild from game rules, or journal but still all ai can't build single thing

i tried using AROAI version that available on Paradox instead of steam, it work, it building alot thing....

but i guess on paradox steam was older version of AROAI

it because compatibility patch and the TGR must be in last order, now it working, but AI doesn't colonize africa

maybe you switched country with the console, this causing your problem in my test
