Suggestion
We can kind of role play this a little bit now, by adjusting the numbers in settings so that we could invest in land, develop it and then onsell it

however there is nothing there to set up a time for this to take place, so it comes down to self control and house rule

would be great to see different tiers of upgrades/developments and with each taking certain amount of time to implement, and then grow the value of that place and eventually be able to on sell it for a nice profit

it's probably a lot to go for

just enjoyed roleplaying as a bannerlord land developer and it would be cool to have more involved mechanics to help that as a side activity

To be honest my problem is the naming of those working.the farms.
Serfs is more appropriate for the Medieval settings and not Slaves.

Honestly is the moral impact: I am against using of slavery of all forms and even more as "entertainment" and again for role-playing as a medieval lord.
It is just a name change?
Or can be made a bit more complicated with some cultures, Empire and Eastern, using slaves while the Western and Northern using serfs.
And that's about it...

if it's just a name concern

just have Serfs/Slaves

so the player can role play as they wish

however if it's to have a more technical application, then you want to be specific, as they are different

but you could have both

would be cool if you can add a small garrison to the town and there purpose is to slow down or stop the "help" [slaves/serfs] from escaping.

I would very much be interested in a possibility for further tweaking options, specifically the amount of slave slots per plot, and the amount of each plot type available per village

Love the mod

i wish we could put any prisoner in and make them a slave. having to find only looters or the like is hard being they normally only have a top of 20 units and half the time my army just kills everyone.

concerning slaves/serfs. Have both. Slaves having to be then prisoners and serfs troops, tier lvl doesnt matter and gets lost after transfer. They then have two different developments.
Slaves becoming an optional ressource that is being used up to develop land(lower development costs depending on amount of slaves used) and serfs working the fields and increasing productivity.

I don't know if it's technically possible, but it would be nice to activate these village investments for AI. That would be more competitive.

I suggest changing the prices similar to this example. Land should be expensive. 800 dinar for a clean plot is literally a joke. Also if you buy undeveloped plot then selling it after cleaning it should make profit. In my example price list you make 2500 dinar for each investment in undeveloped land if you sell them after cleaning.

id like to enslave any troop besides lords after awhile i collect hundreds of crap troops that dont ransom for more that a couple thousand and i wanna enslave them on my wide tracks of lands

Its getting pretty hard to get new workers after playing for a while, would be nice if a slave merchant npc could be added to towns so we could buy slaves or/and the option to hire workers. So far not a single npc has ever sold any prisoners to me, i always has to go around killing thousands of looters to get around 10 new workers.

is there a way to do this with towns as well or other upgrades to? say for the villiages etc after developing the land for plots you can use it for further housing and all for herths and larger population.
