Is Revelations, Fiend Folio and Retribution only to be toggled/installed on to have a near decent frame rate?

fixed, just turn off fiend folio. it fixes lag and the black screen. its because the game runs out of memeory with more mods enabled along with FF and RV

I just had to disable the tarnished characters, still runs abysmally, wish this game ran better with mods
