Call me a idiot but why isn't my presents are changing
when i change all the settings they still spawn default could be my dumbass but anyone know?

try:
.are you spawning them with the Toolgun with the Sap Bot tool thingo i made?
.are you spawning them with the NPC tab? don't.
.do you have the random options enabled on personality, name and model? disable them.
.have you saved your preset?
.are you using the default preset? swapping back over to it clears it.
.try simply setting some settings, and then spawning one
