I found a bug in GreatRework while playing as Switzerland. I had a revolution and when diplomacy turned into war, nothing happened. I saw the window appear like at the beginning of a war to show the belligerents, and both belligerents had white flags, and when I hovered over them, it said "observer".

Then my country split into two countries, east and west, without any war occurring, I was immediately in a truce.
