Different checksum on Linux and Windows
For some reason this mod has a different checksum depending on OS, which makes multiplayer annoying to do with friends. It does work if I run Victoria 3 in proton at least but that's a pretty hacky workaround.

I'm not sure why this would be the case too, maybe it has something to do with linux filenames being case sensitive? idk

Hmm, i'm really not sure why this is the case. It seems like a Vic3 engine issue. You might want to report it on the paradox forums.
