Cant colonize

Hi there, I found a bug in GreatRework while playing as the France. I tried to colonize some of the Pacific island nations. It said I could colonize all of them but when I established a colony and unpaused it canceled the colony. There was no truce so I tried again but gave the same resulted. I tried this with other nations like the Ottomans and it gave the same problem. I am using no other mods but yours. It weird because the AI is colonizing just fine.

It also happened to me while I was playing as Spain with other mods, then I tried only playing with The Great Rework and I had the same problem

I'm having the same issue as japan colonising the pacific

if you set the berlin conference in the settings, it only works from 1855, then you still need a colonial port near your possible colonies. you must first request this from the respective natives

The colonial port doesn't work though. The diplo play doesn't allow you to target any countries.

Update look like the new update fix it
