NORMAL TIER
1. Fireball

2. Batswarm

Launches the target up and bleeds them for 6 seconds, dealing 2.5% of their health as damage/second. For players, reduce (not damage) health by 5% every second.

3. Healing

Heals 30% of max hp, ubercharges for 1 second and rapidly heal 3% hp/tick for 6 seconds. Health then reduces by 3% until it reaches previous value.

4. Stealth

Heals 40 hp, and become invisible (to npcs and players) for 8 seconds. Nextbot support not yet.

5. Blast Jump

Launches the player up while also slightly boosting horizontal velocity.

6. Pumpkin MIRV

Shoots a small bomb which seperates to 6 bombs on impact. The child bombs spawn a pumpkin that explodes after a few seconds.

7. Teleport

RARE TIER
1. Minify

Minifies the caster for 20 seconds. Increases movement speed by 35%, attack speed (some weapons) by 50% and infinite jumps (double jump addon required).

2. Meteor

3. Ball O' Lightning
