Crashes on moving at global map

I tried to guess what was causing the problem, I upload a new version v1.3.6

Well. Another crash occured while waiting in the settlement. If you need i can upload/send html report

P.S. Crashes not only in settlements. I suppose it happen's daily on tick event/calculating influence
