Known Issues
Using the messenger on a workshop NPC (to form a caravan for example) crashes
Using the messenger on an NPC without a clan (Istiana for example) crashes

it can, yes. If you want us to look at your crash open a separate thread with the crash report

the game version and the diplomacy mode version do not match. the mod needs to be updated or the explanation of the solution gives an error constantly
