pushed out of besiegded castle

While sitting in a castle that was being siegded by sturgia, i voted on a peacetreaty with n. empire, after voting i got pushed out of the besiegded castle but the siege was still going on.

As far as I know it's a vanilla issue.

thought that it might have had something to do with peacing out with an ally, but ofc you can be in 2 wars in vanilla... great mod tho :)
